Take all dry fruits of your choice

Now take a kadhai, Add 1 tbs desi ghee and add semolina.
Then roast it - 3
Roast semolina until it turns golden brown and then add 1/2 cup sugar

Now Add water and 2 tbsp desi ghee and continuously stirring.

Add chopped dry fruits and mix everything properly.

Cook the halwa for at least 8-10 mins.

Your sooji halwa/ Prasadam is ready for bhog..!!
