Banana Fritters

For the Fritters:
Combine the Banana, Sugar, Gluten-Free Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt and Egg. - 2
Fry spoonful of batter in shallow oil.

Place fritters on kitchen towel to drain off excess oil.

For the Sauce:
In a small saucepan bring to boil the Margarine, Sugar and Almond Milk. - 5
Whisk the Custard Powder into the Water. Add to the milk mixture and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes

Pour sauce over fritters and serve.
