  3. 5 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tbspBasil seeds
  5. 1 pinchsaffron
  6. 4cardamom
  7. Almond for garnishing

    1 tbsp Cron flour main 1/2 cup Pani dal kar mix kar k Rakh lein, zafran ko 2 tbsp Pani main mix kar k Rakh dein, tukh malanga ko bhi 15 min k liye thore Pani main soak kar k rakhein

    Badam ko garam Pani main soak kar k us paste bana lein, Cron flour main 1/2 cup milk dal kar mix kar k Rakh lein ye sare kaam Sarbat banane sy peh kar lein

    Doodh ko boil krein phir us main safeed Elaichi dal kar 2 min cook krein us k bad almonds paste add krein

    3 min tak cook krein flame slow rakhein aur spoon chalate rahe 3 min k bad sugar add krein 2 min cook krein

    Kesar add krein 2 min cook krein acha sa color aa jaye to Jo safeed Elaichi dalein thein us ko Nikal dein us k bad Cron flour add krein spoon chalate hoe Halka sa thick Sarbat banana hai

    Sarbat ready hain Ab flame off kar k tukh malanga add krein ache sy mix krein ap chahye to Sarbat jab thanda ho jaye us waqt tukh malanga add kar dein lein main pakte time hi add kiya tha tasty bohot acha Aya tha

    Aus Sarbat ko thanda hone dein room temperature par phir is ko fridge main khub acha thanda kar lein serving glass main Nikal lein almond & pistachio sy garnish kar dein zabardast sy healthy aur refreshing drink ready hai iftar time par banain aur enjoy krein
