Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwhole milk
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 1/2cup. sugar
  4. 1/4 cupcurd
  5. 1/4 cupghee
  6. 10-12strings saffron
  7. 6-7 cardamom
  8. 10-12 pistachio
  9. 5-6 Almond

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a thick bottom pan. Pour 1/2 milk. And boil. Add saffron.Now take milk powder dilute in another milk.mix with boiling milk. Stir continueously.

    Add sugar ghee and curd stir well around 30-40 min. Consistency should be thick.when ghee release turn off flame.

    Grease thali and transfer mixture. Set in a thali Let it cool Garnish with cardamom crushed chopped pistachio and Almond. put in a freeze.

    Delicious healthy and tasty kesariya Kalakand is ready.
