Ingredients

1 po people
  1. 1 cupWatermelon pieces (diced)
  2. 1/2Lemon (cut in small pieces)
  3. leavesMint
  4. 1 tsp.Powdered sugar
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1/2 tsp.Rooh Afza
  7. Soda water as required
  8. For garnishing - mint leaves & lemon slice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Keep Watermelon pieces in freezer for 15 minutes. Take a glass & add Lemon pieces in it. Then add chill Watermelon pieces. Muddle it.

    Then add crushed ice, ice cube, Rooh Afza, salt & sugar.
    Mix it well.

  3. 3

    Fill the glass with Soda water. Garnish with Mint leaves & Lemon wedge. Now enjoy chill Watermelon mojito.
