Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Cornflour
  3. Flour
  4. Spices of choice
  5. Seasoning
  6. Scotch bonnet
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Breadcrumbs / cornflakes
  9. Beaten egg
  10. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil and mash your potatoes, add a little bit of salt while boiling
    (Try not to over mash them)

    Add in your spices, seasoning and scotch bonnet to the mash potatoes

  3. 3

    Add in your corn flour to your mash potatoes and mix it to form a dough (don’t knead it)

  4. 4

    Roll out your dough and cut it into a triangle shape

  5. 5

    Prepare three bowls with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs

  6. 6

    Coat your potatoes with flour, then dip them into your egg and then coat them in breadcrumbs

  7. 7

    Fry them in low heat for 4-5 minutes on both side till golden brown and crispy
    Make are your oil is hot before frying them

  8. 8

    Serve them hot with a dip of choice
