    گوشت،پیاز،ٹماٹر ایک ککر میں ڈالیں۔

    ساتھ ادر،لہسن،قورمہ مصالحہ اور 1/4 کپ پانی ڈال کے ککر بند کر کے چولہے پہ چڑھا دیں۔

    پندرہ منٹ بعد ککر کھولیں،آئل ڈال کے بھون کے پانی لگا کے دس منٹ درمیانی آنچ پہ پکا لیں۔جب گھی چھوڑ دے تو ڈش میں نکال لیں اور ہرا مصالحہ چھڑک کر استعمال کریں۔
