Steps

Take one big brinjal,cut into small pieces, put it in plain water to avoid change in colour.

Cut into small pieces onion, tomato, green chillies and curry leaves.

Heat oil in kadai over medium heat, add gloves, cinnamon, green chillies,curry leaves saute, then add onions until golden brown, add ginger garlic paste saute for few minutes.

Then add tomato pieces saute, add masala powders and salt, stir well

Add brinjal pieces stir, then add thick curd, mix well to combine masala well.

Mix for few minutes. Lastly add finely chopped coriander leaves & remove from stove. Now tasty curd brinjal gravy is ready.

Transfer the gravy to serving bowl.

Serve hot and enjoy super tasty curd brinjal gravy.
