Whisk the sauce ingredients in a deep bowl.

Mash the cheese and add the finely chopped parsley and mix.

Put the first phyllo dough on a baking paper or greased baking tray and spread the sauce all over it.

Put the second phyllo dough on it and spread sauce all over.

Put the third phyllo dough and sprinkle with half of the cheese mixture.

Put the fourth phyllo dough and spread the sauce all over it.

Put the fifth phyllo dough and sprinkle any remaining cheese mixture on top.

Put the sixth phyllo dough and pour all the remaining sauce over it.

Slice the börek and pour 1 bottle of mineral water over it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
