Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, a pinch of barbecue seasoning, and a pinch of meat tenderizer together.

Place the lamb chops in the marinade and let them marinate for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, cook the bulgur just like rice: add it to a pot with water, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Cook until tender.

Grill the lamb chops on an indoor grill until cooked through. Grill the pineapple slices alongside the lamb.

Cut the pineapple into pieces and mix with the cooked bulgur. Stir together, then place the grilled lamb chops on top.
