Hello everyone!
I know I went a little MIA but I am back!
Since summer is coming I thought I should bring a delicious cold Tiramisu! What a comeback right!?

Ingredients

  1. 400 grlady fingers
  2. 500 grMascrapone
  3. 3Eggs
  4. 170gr sugar
  5. 70 ml heavy cream
  6. 3 cupsAmericano Coffee or Espresso
  7. 5 tbspcocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Separate the three eggs whites from the yolk parts into separate bowls

    Beat the egg whites until they have doubled into foam and set them aside.

    Then beat the three egg yolks and add the 100 gr sugar, and continue to beat the eggs until they have a lighter color, and set it aside

    Then start beating the heavy cream with the hand mixer until it becomes very thick.

    Then gradually add the mascrapone and beaten egg yolks with sugar and mix it gradually with a spatula.

    Then add the beaten egg whites and mix slowly with a spatula until it's thoroughly incorporated

    Tiramisu prep:

    Mix the coffee with 70gr of sugar, and start passing the ladyfingers into the mixture and start layering them into a glass pan.

    Lay the mixture shown as in the photo:

    Start layering the second layer:

    After doing three layers, make sure to end it with the mascrapone mixture, and cocoa powder and leave it on the fridge overnight for better taste.
