1 cupPancake mix (yep pancake mix i used HungryJack)
1/2 cupSour cream
2 tbspWater you may have to add little more if its still dry
1/2 cupMelted butter

Preheat oven 400. Mix pancake mix, sour cream, and water until mixed well. Pour into muffin pan (makes 6). Bake for 11-12 minutes depending on how fast your oven cooks until golden brown on top. Can poke with a knife in center and comes out clean it's done. Pour melted butter on top while hot from the oven. Serve hot.
