A fantastic way to enjoy tuna! Great to make and will last you a couple days. Even someone who doesn't like tuna can enjoy this recipe!

A fantastic way to enjoy tuna! Great to make and will last you a couple days. Even someone who doesn't like tuna can enjoy this recipe!

Start off with draining your cans of tuna

Cut your cilantro, onions, and tomatoes. Add them to a bowl with your tuna

In another bowl, get your 2 eggs and beat them well, then add them into your tuna bowl

Shred your half of bread and add into the bowl
Add the bread crumbs as well
Mix all together

Add your ketchup and mayonnaise into your bowl with everything else and mix

Turn your oven on to 375 and set a 40-minute timer

In a glass pan, add a the first layer of tuna mix

After you have your first layer of tuna mix, add enough ham to cover the first layer

If you choose to also include cheese in your tuna cake. Just add slices of cheese on top of your ham - 10
Once your layer of ham (maybe cheese) are on, add the remaining tuna mix into the pan

Once oven is heated, add the tuna cake into the oven

This recipe might take longer than 40 minutes in the oven. If your 40 minutes are up and the tuna cake isn't brown on the edges and is still a little "runny" just add another 10 minutes until it suits your taste

Heads Up*
The outside of your tuna cake may appear burnt (brown on the edges) but DONT WORRY, this is normal. The inside is NOT burnt
