Ingredients

~ 45 minutes

3-4 servings

1 lbhamburger
1small onion, diced
3 cupsbeef broth
1pkt taco seasoning
1 tspgarlic powder
2 cupsinstant rice
queso
taco toppings

Brown hamburger and onion together, drain.

Add broth, garlic, taco seasoning, and rice. Stir.

Cover. Bring to boil, then turn down heat and cook until rice is tender. Stirring occasionally.

Serve. Top with queso and other taco toppings.
