Jackfruit is very nutritious and tasty.We can make a variety of dishes with it like curry,dry vegetable,biryani etc.It is a delicacy.In this recipe I have made jackfruit seeds chaat with some spices.

First peel off the outer hard layer of all the seeds.Cut them into two pieces. Boil it in a pressure cooker.Give it a whistle.Let it cool.

Heat oil in a pan,add all the spices and jackfruit seeds.Mix it well.Cook it for 3-4 min.Ypur chatpata jackfruit seed chaat is ready to eat.Enjoy !
