Mango Peels Chutney

As we are cooking with every part of our food ingredients and reducing food wastage, I have used raw mango peel to make a delicious chutney which goes well with all snacks, chaats, and savouries.
The raw mango peel is high on vitamin A, C and calcium.

First, wash and peel the mango/ mangoes. Then chop into fine pieces. Also chop or cut the mango peels into small pieces with kitchen scissors. Remove the seed and you can make Kadhi out of it. See recipe.

Then transfer to a mixer jar. Add all the ingredients. Blend to a fine paste using cold water as needed.

Serve with snacks, pakoras, chips, paratha, poori and your choice of savoury dish.
