  • 50 mlmilk
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspgrated garlic
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 tspshichimi powder
  • 1 tspmineral salt
  • Section 3
  • 60 gstarch
  • 40 gcake flour
  • Section 4
  • 1000 mlrice bran oil for heat treatment

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken in thumb size.

  2. 2

    Add Section 2 and mix.

  3. 3

    Leave it in fridge for 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Add Section 3 and fry 3 times. Should be well fryed at the third heat treatment.
