Sabudana Vada, one of our favourite fasting snacks is made of a crispy, soft, savoury and mildly sweet patty featuring softened tapioca pearls (sago), mashed potatoes, crunchy peanuts, fragrant spices and fresh herbs.

Sabudana Vada, one of our favourite fasting snacks is made of a crispy, soft, savoury and mildly sweet patty featuring softened tapioca pearls (sago), mashed potatoes, crunchy peanuts, fragrant spices and fresh herbs.
Cooking Instructions

Take overnight soaked saggo and boiled potatoes, Add all spices

Now mix it properly and give them a shape like pattie (as you want).
Take a kadhai/pan and heat the oil - 3
Gently add pattie to the heated oil and cook it on a medium flame.
When one side is light golden, then only turn them over to cook on another side.

You can also make a hole in the center like we make in medu vadas but its optional.
Cook on both side and serve it hot - 5
Now you sabudana vada is ready to eat.
Serve it with Tea and enjoy..!!🧡
