Wash lauki pcs, add in a pressure cooker. In goes lil salt & 1/2 cup water, place the lid, give 5 whistles on high flame. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally. Open the lid after a minute. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add kalonji seeds, let it splutter.

Now add onion, stir fry it until light brown.

In goes ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.

Add green chilli paste, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.

Mix all the powdered masala with dahi, whisk it, add in the masala. Keep stirring until a lil thick.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, mix it well. In goes boiled lauki, mix it gently. Cook it for a minute.

Cover it with the lid, cook it on low flame until gravy becomes saucy.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after a minute. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
