  • 1 3/4 lbsgarden peaches (about 800 grams, frozen from last summer)

  • 1/3 cupgranulated sugar (about 80 grams)
  • 5 1/2 tablespoonsunsalted butter (about 75 grams)
  • 2eggs
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (about 200 ml)
  • 1 cup2% milk (about 250 ml)
  • 1 packetbaking powder
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Thaw the peaches and drain them well.

    Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the sugar.

    Whisk until the mixture is pale, then add the melted butter.

    Mix well, then add the milk.

    Mix in the cream.

    Mix again and strain any juice released by the peaches.

    Add the peach juice to the bowl and mix. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Sift the flour and baking powder together.

    Add the sifted mixture to the bowl and mix well.

    Add the salt, mix, and pour the batter into a baking pan.

Comment congeler les pêches de vigne du jardin

Comme chaque année j ai une grande récolte de pêches de vigne je les congèle afin d en avoir toute l année pour tartes,gâteaux,compotes,coulis etc….

Comment avoir des fruits du jardin toute l année

Si comme moi vous avez la chance d avoir un jardin et des arbres fruitiers pensez à congeler vos récoltes vous aurez des fruits du jardin garantis sans pesticides toute l année

Comment obtenir rapidement du beurre fondu ?

Couper le beurre en morceaux le placer dans un bol couvrir celui ci d'une assiette et placer 4 minutes au micro ondes puissance 300 (à adapter selon les quantités et selon la puissance du micro ondes)

Comment obtenir facilement des jus de fruits maison

Lorsque je décongèle les fruits du jardin je les égoutte et filtre le jus rendu par les fruits cela me permet d avoir du jus de fruits du jardin que je peux ajouter à mes préparations

Comment réussir facilement des gâteaux

Lorsque je fais des gâteaux je tamise systématiquement ma farine avec la levure

Comment éviter que les gâteaux attachent à la cuisson ?

J utilise principalement des moules souples en silicone, inutile de les beurrer, les préparations n attachent pas et le démoulage est super facile

Comment s'assurer de la parfaite cuisson d'un gâteau ?

Il suffit de planter une lame de couteau dans le gâteau si elle ressort sèche c'est cuit dans le cas contraire prolonger un peu la cuisson
