This conggeee have loads of vitamin, becouse varieties of vegies in there. Very good for winter. And for upset stomach, mild and gentle for sensitive tummy.
Steps

Wash rice and place it in rice cooker, add 7 cups of water. Add salt, pepper.
Add dried anvhovies too.
Cook it for 1:30 hours. - 2
Cut shitaki Mushrooms and corns.

When the congeee half cook add mushroom, and corn, peas. And carrot

After everythings fragrants, add chicken salt, and add snow pea leaves in the end, because this leaves dont need to cook for long.

Prepare it in a bowl with fried onion.. enjoy it😋
