Steps

Firstly to make the sugar syrup,take a wok and put sugar and water,cook it till it gets sticky.

Then to make a gulab jamun dough -take a grinded roti add warm milk in it and keep it for rest for 10 minutes.

Then add milk powder and baking powder in it to make a soft dough.If the dough is hard you can add little bit warm milk.

Then to make a fill take a small portion of dough and mix chopped kaju,badam and chiraunji.Add yellow colour in it.

Now take a make small ball from dough and small ball from filling dough. Keep the filling ball in the ball of gulab jamun dough.

Take a wok and heat the oil and put the gulab jamun balls to fry.cook it till it gets golden black in colour.

Put in sugar syrup immediately for soaking.keep it for 2-3 hours.Ready to serve
