200 gmkali masoor dal,
3 tbspoil
1 tea spoonred chilly powder
1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoongaram masala
3tomato,
2onion,
4-6Garlic buds
2 inchGinger

Steps

Firstly make a paste of onion,garlic,ginger,tomato.
Then take a cooker add oil and put the paste in it.saute it till it leaves oil.

Then add dal and all spices in it.Add 2 glass of water and take a 2-3 whistle.

Ready to eat with chapati or paratha and garnish it with coriander leaves.
