Pancake with whipped cream

Steps

Put your ingredients in a bowl

In a medium bowl whisk all your ingredients until just blend

Brush you pan with vegetable oil or spray with cooking oil if necessary

Place your pan on a medium heat

For each pan cake pour less than 1/2 cup of batter onto the hot pan
- 6
Cook for about 3 minutes until edges are dry or until bubbles form on top
- 7
Turn other side until golden brown and place on cookie sheet to cool
- 8
Meanwhile put your whip cream cold water in a bowl and mix with a mixer on high speed until stiff and frost your pancakes
