Heat up cooker add 1 teaspoon oil
•add green chilli and black pepper saute for 30 second
•add onion and saute it until light brown
•add red cabbage kaju and potato cook it for 2-3 minutes - 2
Add 1 cup water in it and cook it until 2 whistle
• after that let it cool down completely
• blend smooth paste of mixture
• heat up kadhai add oil and butter in it - 3
Add paste in kadhai and cook for 30 seconds
•add milk and water in it and cook for 5-6 minutes
• add salt as per taste
• cook for 2-3 minutes
• soup is ready to serve
