Presenting Healthy Fish Bomb which is a healthy fish snacking keeping fish as the main ingredient which is stuffed and covered with a nutritious layer of Chena / Paneer along with Raw Banana .
Steps

Boil milk, switch off flame then add lemon juice and keep stirring. Within few minutes milk is curdled and Chena is formed and green water / Whey is visible. Keep rest for 30 minutes and then drain off excess water. Chena is done, hang for 6-7 hours.

Marinade fish pieces with salt + turmeric + pepper powder for 15 minutes and then fry 50 %.

Remove skin and bones very gently and keep little chunky, don’t mash fully.
Fish chunks is preferable. - 4
Assemble ingredients

Mash boiled raw banana, add salt + red chilli powder + garam masala powder + crumbled Chena and give a good mix.
Mixture of Outer covering/shell is done, keep aside and refrigerate for 15 minutes. - 6
Assemble ingredients for fish filling.

In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, add ginger and sauté for a few seconds, then add chopped onion + green chili and sauté for a few seconds, then add turmeric powder + little salt and sauté till the onion turns golden brown and turns soft.

Add fish chunks + garam masala powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Mash boiled potato. Discard green chillies.

Add fried fish + chopped coriander + chat masala + salt as required to mashed potato, mix nicely and give cylindrical shape. Keep aside.

Grease palms, take medium portion of prepared outer covering mixture. (raw banana + Chena) flatten it with help of palms. place the cylinder fish filling right in the middle and seal it with the help of the edges. Cover / seal from all sides, if required take additional mixture and cover it fully.
Coat in bread crumbs all over very nicely. - 11
Heat oil, start dropping prepared cylindrical shaped cutlets/ bombs and deep fry under medium flame till crisp and golden brown.

Deep fry from all sides to golden brown.
