As with the miso soup in, I bought ultra-cheap ramen noodles that came without soup packets. I wondered if I could make the soup easily, so I gave it a try. I also have a recipe for salt-flavored ramen soup,.

1/2 tbspChicken soup stock granules
200 mlHot water
1 dashGrated garlic
1 dashSesame oil

Steps

Put all the ingredients except for the hot water in a ramen bowl and mix well. Add hot water little by little while mixing to dissolve. The soup is done.

If you put boiled noodles in the bowl with the soup, you have shoyu (soy sauce flavored) ramen. Add toppings of your choice, and enjoy.
