Ingredients

  • 6 tbspolive oil
  • 2lemons one sliced one juiced
  • 4 clovegarlic minded
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 3/4 lbgreen beans
  • 8red potatoes
  • 4chk breasts

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    coat baking dish with one tbsp oil

  3. 3

    arrange lemon slices on bottom

  4. 4

    combine remaining oil, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and garlic

  5. 5

    add chk, beans, potatoes, toss to coat

  6. 6

    put into pan and bake 50 min
