Chrysanthemum Greens with Tuna-Mayonnaise Sauce

My husband doesn't like chrysanthemum greens...
But I absolutely love them.
Do not overcook.
If the stems become too soft, blanch in water and drain immediately!
Please adjust amount of mayonnaise to your liking. I recommend using lots of ground sesame seeds. For 2 servings. Recipe by Eshire

Slice off any hard parts from the chrysanthemum greens and blanch. Squeeze to drain, then chop into 3-4cm pieces.

Mix the greens and ★ condiments in a bowl, and it is ready to serve.

● A variation with lily roots and shimeji mushrooms made by user "kutti"! I tried this myself since "kutti" said it's also good with lily roots. It was sweet and yummy.
