Agar, Honey and Grapefruit Jello

I wanted my husband to eat grapefruits without pressuring him too much.
The jello will taste much better with lots of juice, so make sure to squeeze and collect without wasting. Please adjust the amount of honey depending on the sweetness of the juice.
When using powdered gelatin, transfer 50 ml of water from the measured amount to soak the gelatin to soften. Add to the final procedure. Make sure to bring it to a boil after adding honey. For 6 servings. Recipe by La Land

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel the grapefruits with a knife (do not throw away the skin).
- 2
Cut in between the fruit and the membrane. Do not throw away the membrane. Work above a bowl to collect juice.
- 3
Squeeze the juice from the pulp left on the skin. Also squeeze the membrane for more juice.
- 4
Measure how much juice you have. Weigh the water in a different container. The two should weigh 350 ml in total.
- 5
Pour water into a pot. Add kanten and heat. Stir and boil. When it boils, turn the heat to low. Let it simmer for 2 minutes and mix to dissolve.
- 6
Add honey to dissolve. Turn the heat off, and add juice and fruits. Mix well.
- 7
Pour into a container. Chill to harden, then serve.

I had lots of kyoho grapes, so I made grape jello using kyoho grapes!I like the texture of jello using agar, so I always use it.The agar won't harden unless you bring it to a boil, so make sure to boil it. If it doesn't solidify, then transfer it back into a pot, and boil again. Gelatin does not solidify well if boiled, so check out this recipe if using gelatin! For 10 servings.
