Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2 boxNoodles (i use linguine or spaghetti)
  2. 1 canTuna
  3. 2 cloveGarlic, minced
  4. 1 dashParmasan Cheese
  5. 1 dashSeasoning Salt or regular salt
  6. 1 canMushroom Soup (try not to get the lesser sodium, has less flavor) INSTEAD OF A CAN OF WATER USE MILK

Steps

  1. 1

    Put noodles in water and boil as directed.

  2. 2

    As noodles are boiling, add tuna, soup with the can of milk, garlic, salt, parmasan together in another pot and stir well on medium heat

  3. 3

    When noodles are done/al dente, drain.

  4. 4

    Taste the sauce and add pepper or parmasan to your taste.

  5. 5

    Add the sauce on top of your noodles and you are done! A quick, frugal tuna casserole from the stovetop.

  6. 6

    You're welcome to add your own vegetables i.e. peas.
