First rinse bhindi two,three time.Then keep it aside for fifteen minutes.
Then chopped it in round shape. - 2
Then heat the fryingpan, pour oil,add mustard and cumin seeds, stir once then add chopped garlic and chilli.stir again.

After half a minute,add turmeric and coriander powder.
Then add chopped bhindi and mix well. - 4
After one minute add salt,mix again and cover the lid of frying pan for four,five minutes in sim flame.

After five minutes, open the lid and sprinkle lemon juice and cook without closing the lid.
Mix it in between two,two minutes. - 6
When it started leaving the oil, turn off the gas. crispy bhindi is ready for serve.
