Steps

Slice all veggies and chop onoin

Sauté celery and carrots till just starting to soften

Add the onoin and cook till all are soft.

Brown the burger with salt and pepper

Add veggies and water and beef base to taste.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
