Steps

Soak rice for few hours.

Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.

Chop the tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in onion and fry till translucent.

Add in tomatoes,ginger,garlic and all the spices.

Cook till tomatoes are tender and mashed.

Add in potatoes and 1/2 cup of water and cook till potatoes are tender.

Add in rice,coriander,mint and green chillies.

Cook till water evaporates.

Cook covered on dum for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
