When you drain 2 cups Dahi, it will become almost 1.25 cup (don't make it too dry)
Simply whisk dahi & condensed milk it well to make it smooth & uniform. Add mango purée & mix well - 2
Grease the pan with a little oil (No ghee or butter because it will become solid when you refrigerate it. In pan put butter paper & pour the mixture tap tap for once so it will spread evenly in it cover with foil paper & steam on Medium to High Flame for 20 to 25 mIns
- Cool it completely & check it using a skewer
-Refrigerate the Bhapa Do for atleast 3 hours before unmoulding - 3
After unmoulding remove butter paper & garnish with mangoe 🥭 cubes &
Pistachio, Rose dry Petals & Saffron Stands
Keep in refrigerator for chill & serve
