Clean chicken and place in milk. Let it marinate in the fridge while you prepare.

Clean, peel, & boil potatoes until tender. Mash and add dry ingredients & whipping cream or milk. I prefer milk

Heat oil. Coat wet chicken with seasoned flour and let it rest. Fry until golden brown, refry if needed. If you use cornstarch there’s no need to double fry.

Create your sauce, taste test as you go to ensure it’s perfect for you. You can coat your fried tenders or have it on the side.

Create your KFC bowl with mashed potatoes, corn, cheese, then tenders on top. Enjoy 😊 share your cooksnap
