  • 500 gmIVY GOURD
  • 3medium sized Tomatoes 🍅
  • basic dry spices
  • Red pepper 🌶 powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

15 minutes 🕑
  1. 1

    Cut ivy gourd or tendrils into long slices
    And
    Cut Tomatoes 🍅 quartered.

    Take a pan add cooking oil till heated add quartered tomatoes 🍅 in it.

    Add basic dry spices.fry it well.
    Cover with lid.
    Stirring it at regular intervals of time ⏲

    When tomatoes 🍅 soften then add long cut IVY GOURD to it.
    Cover with lid and stir it at regular intervals of time ⏲.

    When cooked add garam masala powder stir it well and then remove from flame and take it in a serving bowl 🥣.

    Enjoy with poori paratha or pulses and rice 🍚 or pulses and chapatis or fulke or roti.
