Pink Marbled Bagels Made with Red Sweet Potatoes

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I made B Cocoa Marbled Bagels (see Hints), which came out so well that I decided to experiment with the recipe.
Use as much red sweet potato powder as you want for a deeper colour.
I made these with and without anko, do as you prefer.

For detailed hints, see, Stylish B Cocoa Marbled Bagels.
The bagels will become tough if you use anko, so warm them up the next day in the microwave or toaster oven before eating. For 4 bagels. Recipe by Youtank
