Spicy kala chana curry/tarri is served with poha ,can also be enjoyed with roti/chapati.

Heat oil add mustard seeds, jeera let them splutter,add bay leaf,cloves, curry leaves chopped onion and fry for a while.

Add ginger, garlic paste turmeric powder, chilli powder,goda masala mix it and fry for a while.

Add boiled kala chana and enough water to mix everything well add salt and cook for one boil.

Kala chana curry is ready to serve with rice, chapati,or poha.
