Clean the chicken, prick it with a fork. Mix all ingredients, pour all over the chicken drumsticks and thighs. Cover for 3 hours.

Dipping Sauce, in the pot put water, vinegar, salt and sugar bring to boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve, let it boil until a little bit sticky. Let’s it cool down completely. Put the remain ingredients in the blender, blending until fine. Then put into the boiled ingredients, stir to mix well. Set aside.

For Cooking rice, start with blending the, onion, garlic and ginger until fine. Heat the wok, add olive oil, butter and the blended. Stir fry until fragrant. Add basmati rice, stir to mix well. Scoop into the rice cooker. Add saffron, set aside.

Heat the wok, put some olive oil. Bring the drumsticks and thighs to sear until return to golden brown. Put it into the rice cooker. Add the water, all remaining chicken marinade, sugar and salt. Stir well before cooking rice.

When it done serve with dipping sauce, cucumber or vegetable you prefer. Let’s enjoy 😉‼️
