Ingredients

  • 1 sheetrectangular puff pastry
  • as neededNutella,
  • 1egg yolk
  • as neededPowdered sugar,

Steps

    Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into strips about 3/4 inch (2 cm) wide.

  2. 2

    Now let's make the homemade molds. Take a sheet of parchment paper, roll it up tightly to form a cylinder.

  3. 3

    Staple the ends and cut it in half to make two molds. Repeat this process to make more molds as needed.

  4. 4

    Once all the molds are ready, wrap a strip of puff pastry around each mold, slightly overlapping the pastry as you go.

  5. 5

    Repeat this step with all the puff pastry strips you have prepared.

  6. 6

    Place the cannoli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the surface with the egg yolk, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Once baked, fill them with Nutella using a piping bag. Dust with powdered sugar.
