Ingredients

  • 8Potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4Apples, peeled and chopped
  • Kosher Salt
  • 120 mlPlant Butter
  • 30 mlSugar
  • 2,5 mlfreshly grated Nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Add Potatoes and Apples to a large pot, cover with water. Add a pinch or 3 of Salt, cover and boil till soft.

    Drain the Potatoes and Apples. Add Butter, Sugar, 7,5 ml Salt and Nutmeg. Mash to desired smoothness.
