Easy! American Cookies

Cutting the dough into shapes or squeezing it out is a pain.I just want to eat tasty cookies without hassle!
Then I remembered the cookies my older sister made when we were kids. Just mix, drop and bake and you have American sized cookies!
I immediately made with what I had in my kitchen.
Make sure the dough doesn't separate when you are mixing the egg in! That's all, really. For 30 cookies. Recipe by Raburimei

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the butter until it has a cream-like consistency.
- 2
Add sugar and mix well.
- 3
Add a beaten egg little by little and mix it all in (It will separate if you add it all at once, so add a bit and mix and repeat).
- 4
Add the cream and mix everything together.
- 5
Add the flour and mix gently without kneading.
- 6
It's fine if it ends up a bit floury like in the photo. You can add vanilla extract here if you like.
- 7
Roughly break up the nuts and chocolate.
- 8
Then mix them into the dough.
- 9
Even if it was a bit floury in Step 6, make sure you mix it to a good consistency here.
- 10
Use a spoon to drop pieces of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 11
Use the back of a fork to flatten them, and bake in a 170℃ (340℉) oven for 15-20 minutes.
- 12
That's it!

If you find yourself thinking 'hm, these still seem a bit undercooked', that's when you should take them out – you'll see what I mean once they cool down (takes about 10 minutes).
