Prepare dough: Mix besan, rice flour, salt. Add little water and mix proper to prepare dough. Keep the dough for 20 min

Stuffing: Add 2 teaspoon oil in pan on slow flame. Add mustard seeds, poppi seeds, sesame seeds, jeera powder, ajwain and chilli, asafoetida. Add grated coconut and peanuts. Keep stirring. Add lemon juice, sugar, garam masala and coriander. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Keep sauteing till it becomes dry. Keep aside this stuffing to get cool.

Prepare Wadi: Take small ball of dough, flaten it. Add the stuffing and fold to get rectangle. Before folding apply few drops of water to edges to avoid stuffing coming out.

Take oil in pan. Heat oil and deep fry wadi till it gets light brown in color.

Serve with any kind of chutney or tomato sauce.
