Steps

In a wok, fry the onion, till brown. Add in the garlic and ginger paste, the pepper, carrot, and sultanas.

Keep turning for about 2 minutes to allow the carrots to remain crunchy.

Toss in the rice, sweetcorn, and diced cucumber and toss well.
You could sprinkle in a quarter cup of soy sauce if you wish. - 4
Enjoy with a side of your choice.
The luhya in me added a chicken leg.
