Coconut filling, heat the wok put the coconut sugar and coconut water. Stir until dissolve and turn to golden brown. Add the coconut, salt and blank and white sesame. Continue stir until dry and light brown in color. Let’s it cool down completely. Shape into a small ball about 8 g.

Coconut Coating, bring the coconut to steam for 5 minutes. Then add salt, stir to mix well. Set aside.

In the mix bowl, put glutinous flour, add coconut milk and pandal juice little by little. Knead until the dough smooth. Shape the dough into a small ball about 16 g. Roll and place the coconut filling on, wrap it.

Boil the water in medium hight heat. Bring the small ball to boil. When they are floating continue boiled 2 minutes. Scoop up put into the steamed coconut. Ready to enjoy😀
