Ingredients

  1. 1everything bagel
  2. 1 Tspbutter
  3. 2 Tbspcream cheese
  4. 2tomato slices (thin sliced)
  5. 2-4English cucumber slices (cut horizontally, thin sliced)
  6. 1ripe avocado (smashed)
  7. 2 Tspolive oil
  8. 1 Tsplemon juice
  9. Diced pimientos (recommended for extra flavor)
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

    Assemble ingredients.

    Toast bagel to desired crisp using a toaster or toaster oven (recommended: medium soft)

    Meanwhile, grab the bowl with the smashed avocado and add olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well

  4. 4

    Once the bagel is warm, add butter and assemble sandwich by spreading cream cheese on each bagel half and then add remaining ingredients.

    Top it off with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste

    Close bagel sandwich, and enjoy ! (Cut in half for an easier bite)
