Toast bread

While bread is toasting scramble a egg in a cup, butter small pan, and cook a thin omelette on med-high.

Add cheese over egg so it can melt. Put aside.

Butter pan one last time and cook baloni on high till brown, or till your liking. (Flip every 10 seconds to prevent burning).

Time to assemble. Put egg/cheese omelette on one slice of toasted bread, top with baloney. On other slice of toasted bread smear mayo. Put the sandwich together and on top smear a bit of the jam and you got the perfect breakfast sandwich!
