Soak chana dal and cur bitter gourd into slices and add salr
Keep them aside for 30 minutes. - 2
Now cut tomato,onions, green chili, ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, hing and bay leaf. Once it starts crackling, add ginger, garlic and green chili.

Add onions and once they turned translucent, add bitter gourd slices and cook for 5-8 minutes.

Now add haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder. And cook for 2-3 minutes

Add tomoatoes and salt. Once mushy add chana dal and water

Now add garam masala, chaat masala, aamchur powder and coriander leaves and let it cook for 10 minutes

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti/parantha.
