My version of the Indonesian dish called Nasi Goreng. Often served with kroepoek, saté saus, pickled cucumber.
Put in whatever vegetables you like. You can use carrots or mushrooms.

Steps

Cook de rice as instructed and let it cool

Cut the vegetables:
leek in halve circles
Chilli minced
Union and pepper diced
Garlic crushed - 3
In a wok stir fry the eggs and set aside. Go in with the garlic, union and chilli. After that add the trassi. Next up is the leek and pepper.

Add the cooked rice, eggs, soy sauce and ketjap manis to the vegetables and stir
